Most purchases are applied to your account within 1 to 20 minutes. If your items haven’t arrived after this time, try reconnecting to the server, as some packages are processed on our hub. If you still need help, submit a support ticket with proof of purchase, and we’ll look into it.

All sales are final, and refunds are not available. Any chargebacks will result in an automatic ban from our server.
